Over more than a decade, we have built an established network of diverse professionals, including the top female C-suite and Distribution professionals across key financial services markets in Europe, with the support of a dedicated in-house research function. This ensures that we are able to identify, engage, attract and introduce to our clients the requisite caliber of professionals, whilst supporting their diversity objectives.

We conduct an inclusive search and selection for each mandate including providing bespoke analytics and reporting gender, ethnicity and remuneration. We hold regular events on diversity topics, and conduct surveys on industry trends within the investment industry.

Ludgate Search’s diversity and inclusion services also include workshops and training, coaching and mentoring and our team is represented on a number of steering committees for industry initiatives such as the Diversity Project's Gender Workstream, Inclusive Recruitment Initiative and as former chair of their SMART Working workstream.
